Educational Technology and Copyright Law

  • Copyright is a federal law in the US to protect peoples work from being stolen or used as someone else's work.
  • When you write or draw something that's yours, its now copyrighted immediately.
  • There are fair uses to use copyrighted work in your own work. You can give credit in your work or just not use it at all .
  • Copyrighted photos or writings must have a license to not be used. If not licensed, you may use the photo of writing, but must give credit.

  1. I agree with this because this belongs to peoples work and they deserve the credit.
